This stunning Camps Bay villa is a welcoming place for a holiday. Just a 5-minute walk from the famous Camps Bay beach and Promenade.

Enjoy the spacious living areas which flow easily from the inside lounge to the outside shaded dining area. The living areas are open plan to the modern fully equipped kitchen and perfect for entertaining.

An inverter has been installed which powers lights, plugs and internet during periods of load shedding (electricity outages), which happens from time to time in South Africa.

The sun deck has comfortable loungers where you can relax and hop into the private swimming pool. All while enjoying sea views.

All 4 bedrooms are furnished with luxurious beds and are en-suite. Three of the 4 bedrooms have sea views, while the fourth bedroom looks onto Lion's Head and has a private balcony.

On the lower level of the apartment is the TV room with large L-shaped sofas as well as a small gym area.

What is Powered: The ceiling lights, television and decoder and the Wifi.
What Isn’t Powered: Fridge, washing machine, air-conditioning and geyser
What Doesn’t Require: There is a gas stove that works throughout load shedding.

This home has housekeeping Monday - Saturday excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request.

Neighborhood

Camps Bay is movie-set pretty with its palm-lined beach and backdrop of the Twelve Apostles mountain range, which forms part of Table Mountain. With restaurants, bars and clubs lining the buzzing Victoria Road, Camps Bay is a great setting for an unforgettable holiday.

I think the house could possibly have double glazed windows put in as it was extremely windy and the windows were shaking at night. Also a bit of a draft coming in through one or two of the bedroom windows. Otherwise it was perfect.

Firstly, check in was pretty bad. They did not provide any information of who was in charge of checking us in so I had to call the office the day before check in and it was very hard to get through to them. After a couple of attempts trying to contact them and waiting outside for a while someone answered the phone and only then I found out about the person in charge of check in. Inside the house there was a noticeable smell which was strong in the kitchen as you enter. We couldn’t seem to find the cause of the smell but assumed it’s the carpet. They have a very complicated security system and their keys were poorly explained to us. When the cleaning lady came while we weren’t at the house she would “arm” the house and then when we came back and opened the garage the alarm system went off. Whenever the alarm went off trying to reach the guy who checked us in was so difficult as they took their time to respond. Honestly, our stay was terrible and we are not going back.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit, das Haus mit dem Ausblick ist ein Traum. Sehr sicher. Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht ans Housekeeping, es war super sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist toll, mit der Nähe zur Stadt, zum Strand und zu allen möglichen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Pool ist perfekt, zwar schmal aber dafür ausreichend lang. Die Straße ist zu hören, vor allem morgens, aber dafür wacht man gerne auf mit einem atemberaubenden Blick aufs Meer.

We had a fun and enjoyable stay with the family at Segdemoor. We extended our initial stay as we found the home to be comfortable and spacious enough for the whole family. The views are immaculate and the home is well taken care of with frequent cleaning services. Miss Patricia was especially lovely and kept the space homely and clean. The team as a whole was great, very responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay again, given the location and its proximity to Camps Bay beach, the restaurants.

We had an amazing stay visit family in Cape Town. House was just as it was described. Missing that view already. Fantastic spot to walk to the local beaches and to Victoria Road for the cafes and restaurants. Check in team were lovely, as well as cleaning crew. This is a fabulous house in a wonderful location. It looks exactly as shown in the photos. It is large and spacious with good comfortable beds and high quality linens. The views are absolutely stunning. Short walk to beach, shops, restaurants. Be aware that it is on a busy road, so light sleepers might be woken by traffic in the mornings. But that seemed a small price to pay to stay in this magical home. Nox are excellent managers, all communications timely and useful, and the individuals who checked us in and out (and resolved one small problem with electric gates) were pleasant, friendly and professional.
