A magical heritage home surrounded by mountain and city views and situated in a peaceful neighbourhood. This wonderful property is perfect for families and has a well-maintained garden and swimming pool.

As you enter the property, you are welcomed by the indigenous garden with the large heritage home ahead. The entrance hall is warm and welcoming with original restored Oregan pine floors.

There is a main lounge with a wood-burning fireplace as well as a reading/TV nook, a study, and an open-plan dining area on the ground level. The fully equipped kitchen and separate scullery are also on this level. It's the perfect space for entertaining or having a private family dinner.

Up the large staircase, you will find 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all of which have air conditioning. The Master bedroom has a large walk-in wardrobe, an en-suite bathroom, and a private balcony. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom and balcony. The fourth bedroom has an en-suite.

There is also a lovely veggie-patch available for guests to have fresh produce straight from the garden and a lovely sauna.

This home has housekeeping Monday - Saturday excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request.

One of the best stays we have ever had.

It is rare to find a property that feels this grand and spacious, yet at the same time so warm, welcoming and homely. The facilities were outstanding, the different seating areas were beautifully designed and very comfortable, and the beds were amazing. Everything felt high quality yet relaxed. Leah was an absolute star — so kind, helpful and such a hard worker. If I may share a few small points of feedback: the late evening check-in felt slightly rushed. We were originally scheduled to arrive at 23:15 but landed earlier than expected and arrived around 22:50. The gentleman assisting us mentioned he had another check-in afterwards and understandably moved through everything quite quickly. However, the house has fairly complex door and alarm systems, and after a long flight and late arrival it would have been helpful to have a bit more time to properly understand everything. We managed fine (especially as we could help our parents figure it out), but I can imagine other guests might find it slightly overwhelming late at night. Additionally, the key system was a little challenging. There was essentially only one key for the main house, one for the front street gate (which is also needed to exit), and one for the second gate and front door. Since we were not always going out together, this made arrivals and departures somewhat inconvenient and occasionally stressful with the alarm system. It might be helpful to consider providing two or even three identical key sets, perhaps colour-coded for clarity. One other small practical note: we found it difficult to plug in round European power plugs in the house. There were plenty of USB outlets and smaller plug points for phone chargers, which was great, but no larger round European sockets suitable for laptop chargers. Our universal travel adapters unfortunately did not fit either. It might be helpful to provide one or two European adapters, especially in the study or bedrooms, so guests can charge laptops. Of course, we could have asked during our stay, so that is partly on us — but I wanted to share it as constructive feedback in case other guests experience the same. Other than that, this was honestly one of the best stays we have ever had. The neighbourhood felt incredibly safe and pleasant, and the views were simply breathtaking. Please extend our thanks to the homeowners and specially to Naeema. Her service is exceptional and truly high-end, something that is not so easily found anymore.

We had a great stay at Oranjezicht Heritage. The space was absolutely beautiful, with stunning view, beautiful gardens, and pool. The staff were excellent, and we had a wonderful stay. I would say my only negative was that Nox use an AI chat-bot for communications, which was highly frustrating when we ran into issues. I would prefer to be hosted by, (and speak to) a human-being and not a chat-bot. We were not even given a direct contact number for our host who met us at the property, but rather the AI chat or office line, this made it difficult for questions to be answered that weren’t already programmed into their AI. Also, Nox Insisted that I fill out an extra check in form in order to get the details of the Airbnb such as how to check in and use appliances, etc. I don’t understand why I had to do this extra step when all my info is on Airbnb?

Amazing villa, great pool and the kitchen has everything you need. Host are quiet fast in responding to issues even late at night! Tinda (hope i wrote it correctly) is a gem, keep her and she is amazing with cleaning and even doing our laundry! Only issue was the last day with 2 of the 4 aircons not working. Seems a refill is needed but thats something the hosts can work out hopefully soon. We will come back next time for sure and the private garage made it great for our rentals. All in all for a new property it had everything you would need!

Stunning house, gardens and pool, with spectacular views and a very convenient location. Not much around but easy to get places and just so lovely seeing Table mountain. The wind does pick up there a lot by the afternoon. Check in was complicated as we were told we could arrive early to the office and leave our luggage, but no one was there and it was shut. The house had several broken items, doors, draws. I asked if I should take pictures or videos, but was told it was all in hand. However, when we checked out we were accused of breaking various items that were broken on arrival. Thankfully, I had taken photos and videos, so if you opt to stay here, do a thorough walk around and log any broken items.
