Le penthouse est magnifique ! Nous étions un groupe de 5 amis, nous n'avons à aucuns moments eux l'impression de nous marcher dessus. Le fait qu'il y ait une salle de bain par chambre est très agréable ! Le jacuzzi était propre, fonctionnel et c'était très agréable de pouvoir en profiter en fin de journée en admirant le coucher de soleil. L'équipe de ménage est exceptionnelle également. Merci pour ce séjour parfait.

Overall the stay and accommodation was fantastic, Nox service and willingness to respond and act to queries was exceptional. However, there were a few things that could be considered, such as the lack of a mirror for use with the hair dryer. Also, was disappointing with the fact that is wasn’t disclosed that the Jacuzzi was out of commission, especially when you consider that we were blessed with amazing weather by Cape Town standards. This was a motivating factor for selecting this property over other options available at the time.

We had a great stay! The place was beautiful and the service was excellent. Cleaning was done every day, which made it feel even more comfortable and well taken care of. The only downside was that we were really looking forward to using the jacuzzi, but unfortunately it wasn’t working, which was a bit disappointing. Other than that, everything was lovely, and we’d definitely recommend it!

We recently stayed at this wonderful apartment in Green Point, and were thoroughly impressed! The location was perfect - close to the town centre and many nice attractions, making it easy to get around and explore the city. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. We felt safe and secured throughout our stay, which was a top priority for me. The check-in process was seamless and hassle-free, and the apartment was spacious and well-appointed. Our items were stolen in the unit. We don't know how. Missing items were approximately worth 25k. Much more than the price of the accomodation. So basically we lost more than we enjoyed.

The place was exceptional. The jacuzzi however was set to 34 degrees which wasn’t a great experience. The person in charge didn’t seem to know how to make the water hotter. This was disappointing. Communication can be improved. The place is immaculate and a great place to stay. It’s spacious and stunning views and private. Great location as well. Would recommend this place.

Checkin and checkout both have delays. Communication is very generic and not tailored to actual customer lowering the experience as you don’t actually respond to the needs. The jacuzzi was rather cold at 34 degrees which makes value for money terrible as it defeats the purpose of offering it. The agent simply states it only gets to 34 but a typical Jacuzzi should be north of 40 degrees. The gas finished on the 2nd last day which was super inconvenient when it happens on the middle of the night. There should be a backup. The cleaning staff however are amazing! Overall there is much to be improved given the price charged.

Amazing contemporary apartment, close enough to all the place you want to see. Is very clean and looks exactly like in pictures. I celebrated my birthday at the rooftop jacuzzi. It’s a good choice, so I definitely recommend this apartment.

Nice apartment and good location, however extremely challenging when arriving and to check in - which took place more than 3.5 hours after the agreed check-in time. We were for hours told that they would look into sending someone to let us in, without anything happen. Phone was not picked up when we first called, and messages were answered primarily by a chat robot. When we finally were let in - we received different messages for why the situation had occurred, and none of them seemed very plausible. Small issues with the apartment itself; AC not fully cooling and the Jacuzzi not ready to be used (which was later fixed) and some parts not fully cleaned when we arrived. But in general a nice apartment and an amazing rooftop.

Do a thorough check of apartments before you rent them out especially in terms of cleanliness and mould in bathrooms. Conduct proper maintenance every fortnight, resolve damp issues. Check that cupboards are cleaned thoroughly. Get management to step in and offer adequate and sufficient customer service when a guest and an issue.

Amazing place to stay at. Highly secure with beautiful views from the rooms and the top. There are some amazing cafes for the breakfast at a walkable distance. Friendly neighbourhood. The place was exactly or I would say a bit better than what was described, the check in was smooth and everything was squeaky clean. The house keeping guy was extremely professional and polite- full marks to him. The only suggestion I would give is to focus a bit on the third room you have with a bit more taste and vibrancy to the furniture as it looked apart from rest of the apartment.

Beautiful penthouse with amazing views Unfortunately they were strong winds during our stay there, which may have made the floors a bit dusty upon check in. The issue was raised with the host and taken care of immediately and the host apologised. Communication/feedback was done timeously by the host. The gentleman who checked us in Peter was very friendly. Definitely will consider staying there again in the nearer future

I loved this place truly and so secluded. However my only problem is the load shedding. On the listing, it said it was free from load shedding. However we experienced it quite a bit. The worst part was when we were checking out, the load shedding happened we couldn’t use the elevator to take our stuff down. Shout out to Vicktor for coming to save the day!! I would recommend the complex to invest in generator or something to make it easier for guest.
