The most amazing views. Really big apartment. Great value for money.
I didn’t think the cleaning lady was very friendly or helpful. She did what was necessary for herself and how she felt she needed to. She never cleaned the braai grid after we had used the braai outside.

This well equipped place is not only beautifully perched on a hill overlooking the ocean on one end and the mountain on the other end but is really well managed by Nox. Proactive communications and you get allocated two hosts, both of whom are on the ball. I can recommend this apartment with confidence.

The stay was good, I would stay here again. Mainly because the view is spectacular.
There are minor things that they need to address, e.g, the duvert was dirty and had stains. which is somethingthat should not even happen at all.

Stunning apartment. It was very clean and even better than the pictures, haha.
We got to see the most breathtaking views of the sunset from the comfort of the couch. The host was great.
Apartment is in a great location, a short uber ride to restaurants and shops.

We have stayed in more than 30 Airbnbs of all types. This is our best experience yet. From the check-in to the checkout, everything was perfect. At check-in, we were greeted by Peter Mirambo. He was courteous, friendly, and professional. He represents his company well. We could go on and on about the apartment itself. It was even better than the photos. It was spacious, well decorated, and everything in good working order. We could have moved into to this place as is. The location is excellent, the views are stunning. The kitchen was stocked with some basic items to get us started. All the equipment and furniture was of good quality.

On our next visit to Cape Town, we will stay in a Nox rental for sure!

An absolutely beautiful experience, with a breathtaking view of the ocean! Very clean and tidy,comes equipped with everything you need to have an enjoyable stay. Quite central, in walking distance of most places in the area. Would definitely revisit. The place is stunning! It’s in a great location in Seapoint. The photos don’t do justice from the views from the apartment.

The Nox hosts were just as amazing, from Peter to the cleaning ladies. All very professional and helpful.

Amazing apartment beautifully styled and I immediately felt at home. The aircon was very welcome as we had very hot days over our stay. We were very pleasantly surprised when arriving as we got more than we expected. Will definitely try and book it for another stay.

The apartment is perfectly located, safe area with a lot of restaurants close by. Communication and check in was easy. The apartment is clean and with a stunning ocean view! Highgly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It's really clean, well located, has a great view and a lot of space.

BUT

Concerning the communication with NOX rentals prior to checkin, it was one of the most complicated AirBnB bookings we ever had. Some days after our already paid booking we got a message that the apartment wasn't available any longer with the link to an alternative apartment. After our request to cancel our booking instead of changing the apartment our original booked apartment was magically available again and the host refused to cancel the booking. Some days before checkin we received a SMS with the demand to register ourselves and pay a deposit of 200 dollars. We didn't do it and it was no problem afterwards but quite confusing.

The apartment has everything you need. It is modern, very well equipped, all electronic equipment (there is a lot) is modern and well maintained, it is very clean and the view is just amazing!
the area is safe and quite and there is a contact person for any belongings. Communication and support was very good and fast at any time.
We would definitely recommend this apartment!

Feels like home from the moment you walk in. The apartment has a welcoming feeling with beautiful finishes.
Sitting on the balcony enjoying the view was our favourite pastime. The kitchen was well thought of with everything that you need. Bedrooms were incredible, especially the underfloor heating in the master bedroom.
We were well taken care of by Nox Rentals and their team. Their attention to detail and giving guests the best quality are unprecedented. A wonderful stay experiencing the Cape Town Atlantic Seaboard lifestyle. We can’t wait to be back.
