Clean, tidy, safe, free parking. Entire complex is in a secure compound. Very spacious apartment and balcony area. Decent weber bbq on the balcony. Only a few minutes from the coast and good base for seeing capetown. Staff were very nice and the NOX system was easy to use.

Eines der schönsten Wohnungen in Seapoint! Diese Unterkunft ist eine der besten, die wir je gemietet haben.Die Vorbereitungen, der Check In, die Kommunikation mit den Verwaltern waren vorbildlich. Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit des Apartments waren hervorragend. Ein täglicher Reinigungsservice rundeten das Angebot ab. Aber vor allem ist es die Lage und der tolle Blick vom Balkon auf Seapoint und das Meer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Apsrtment nur empfehlen.

Please provide a Flash light and candles or some LED lamps, because of the load shedding. We were badly surprised to find nothing of the above, when the lights went out. Check in ans check out was a little complicated and talking to Robots is annoying. But we enjoyef the appartement very much.

We really enjoyed our stay at alpha sunset, the Appartement is amazing and very comfortable. What we would improve: a sunbed on the terrace, as there is still some space and to watch the sunsets the chairs and table outside are not really comfortable, the complimentary coffee at check in was not there, and although the communication via WhatsApp and email was provided, I did not get feedback on my payment question in advance of our stay, and the pool towel I was asking for took 3 days to arrive. But all in all we had a great time :)

Reserve this one if available. Wonderful apartment with great views. We enjoyed a glass of wine on the balcony most evenings. Quiet neighborhood and we felt safe and secure. Modern design and decor. Kitchen fully equipped if you want to cook. Beds were very comfortable. Cleaning service was timely and impeccable. Perfect location within walking distance of Woolworths, promenade and restaurants. We rented a vehicle and secure off street parking was spacious. Will keep in mind for our next visit to Cape Town.

The sunlight not only brightened up the interior but also made late afternoon and sunsets exceptionally pleasant, perfect for soaking in the views. I especially appreciated the serene ambiance that made my stay relaxing. If you're looking for a place that combines comfort with a lovely sunlit environment, this Airbnb is a fantastic choice.
