Beautifully decorated apartment

The terrace was too sunny to use after lunch, an awning or umbrella needed there.

The accommodation was beautiful and exactly as advertised ! Lovely views and very up market . The location area of the apartment was a good area !

To be told how to get the keys and from whom . Plus we had to call twice for the keys to be delivered .Waited on the road with luggage till the key holder dropped the keys . To long to wait as a guest check in was confirmed .
The news levels of the building / construction was unacceptable.
Constantly being nagged and messaged about noise levels to be lowered at 8 pm at night was frustrating as this is a holiday accommodation. We understand that there are rules but it started to feel stressful instead of enjoyable as you were constantly worried you made noise , if you played music or you laughed or spoke - very uncomfortable !!

We had a fabulous time. The communication was fantastic and Nox really helped in every aspect making our stay delightful. The apartment was just as pictured having everything we needed and in a great location. Homely and complete. A lovely apartment and we would love to return in the future.

The location was great, so close to the beach and 5 star restaurants. The apartment was beautiful, nicely decorated and has all amenities, including heated under blankets. The views were to do die for, absolutely beautiful ?

Our stay as a family at 9 on Nautica was a very beautiful experience, the apartment is very clean, wonderfully furnished with a daily cleaning service, an integrated kitchen with all tools and appliances, and what distinguishes it as well as a balcony with ocean views and stunning landscapes and complete privacy for family members with all barbecue grilling equipment in the balcony, with a private parking for the apartment, and easy access to the beach on foot.
So I strongly recommend staying in this apartment ?

Access to services: a supermarket and restaurants are available within a 2-minute drive, and on foot approximately 12 minutes.

The place is in a fantastic location. Beautifully decorated apartment with breathtaking views and sunsets. Very spacious, perfectly equipped and good value for money. Definitly recommend.

Really enjoyed my stay at Nine on Nautica. The apartment has fantastic views over the ocean, which was what I was after. It is also clean and comfortable. I was staying on my own and always felt very secure during my stay.

If you're looking for a spacious, beautifully decorated apartment close to the beach, this place is for you!

The apartment is well situated (a few hundred meters above Clifton 4th) with stunning views from both balconies.

The decor is a good blend of luxury and hominess, making it feel like a welcoming beach house.

The staff were friendly and we greatly appreciated the daily cleaning service – Thanks Layla! ?

Highly recommended!

So ein Appartement wünscht man sich. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit einem fantastischen Blick aufs Meer. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältniss passt. Wir waren 3 Pärchen, die die gebotene Atmosphäre genossen haben. Beim nächsten mal werden wir wieder die Location wählen.
Nutzt bitte die Geokoordinaten, da die angegebene Anschrift unvollständig ist und das Objekt nicht zu finden ist. Es ist die 300 Kloof Rd, Camps Bay, Cape Town, 8040. Angegebene Tel. Nr. Ist Office Nr., das am späten Nachmittag / Abend nicht zu erreichen ist.

The place is great! Fantastic views and easy access to Camps Bay. You don’t need a car either. Uber drivers were plentiful.

Beautiful apartment, loved the modern design.
Well kept.
Fantastic view and location of the apartment made it easy to access great restaurants and shops nearby. Hassan was always available and gave insightful knowledge about the area and during orientation of the unit.
Definitely coming back!

9 on Nautica was an absolutely incredible home base to explore Cape Town and it's surroundings. The place felt like home, not like a rental. The views were beautiful, the neighborhood and the building felt very safe. We really enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend this place to anyone. The hosts are incredibly attentive and helpful as well.

Wonderful apartment with a very stylish decor. An amazing view onto the ocean over Camps Bay with an equally great location, close to all the great sites around Cape Town & beyond. Very clean & excellent presented apartment, spacious & comfortable beds. Would highly recommend this property.

Apartment every bit as good as the pics. Superbly located to see everything in and around Cape Town. The views from the balcony are incredible - you really have to tear yourself away to explore. Very secure building and felt safe at all times.

We have a great stay at Nautica. Very nice and safe community. The apartment is stylish decorated just as the pictures. Petter waited for us though we arrived quite late and introduced everything to us. Would definitely recommend to those visiting Cape Town.

Great apartment, located right in Camps Bay/Clifton Beach area on a rise and within 5km of core city areas such as kloof street, city bowl, v&a waterfront etc, tastefully furnished, great views of the sea, responsive hosts.

We had such a nice stay in this apartment. It was very stylish decorated, and clean. It had two sunny balconies with seaview and an amazing sunset. I would recommend this place to other guests because its perfectly located between Camps Bay and Clifton Beach. Very close to restaurants, beach and shops.

The apartment is beautiful and spacious and equipped with everything you need. Great view and secure gated parking. The host is the best - Daniel is very friendly and helpful. Apartment is located on a hill just above the peninsula between Clifton or Camps Bay. Highly recommended if you are looking for a place to stay in Clifton or Camps Bay area.

Amazing view, unit, location and caretaker. Honestly the best experienced on Airbnb so far. Place is newly renovated and you’ll not find the same conveniences at that price range. Speaking from a hotel industry aspect - very impressed and would certainly book again. Thanks Daniel.
