Beleza Villa is a beautifully designed home in the seaside suburb of Camps Bay, with incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean and Twelve Apostles mountains. The spacious main bedroom features a king-sized bed, air conditioning, and access to a private deck, while the ensuite boasts both a bath and shower with a double vanity. The second and third bedrooms also enjoy sea views and easy access to the deck, with the third bedroom offering mountain views as well. The fourth bedroom is on the lower level and only accessed from an exterior staircase. It has a Queen bed, en-suite bathroom and a private deck with access to a fynbos garden.

Enjoy cooking in the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with a gas hob and coffee machine, boasting views of the Camps Bay coastline. The open-plan living and dining areas are designed for relaxation and entertainment, with seating for eight, a gas fireplace, and a bar fridge. A dedicated study provides a quiet space for work. The outdoor area includes a coal Weber, smoker, and ample seating, perfect for enjoying the stunning surroundings. Located in Camps Bay, this beautiful home offers easy access to beaches, cafes, and restaurants, making it a perfect base for a holiday.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Being from Botswana, being by the sea and getting to enjoy the views and having the ability to braai was a dream come true. The house was spectacular and matched the photos, the host was responsive and communicated all the way upto our arrival, check in and departure. The house was spotless and looked just like pictures. There is plenty of room and amenities for all of our needs. We can’t wait to come back to this gem

Amazing Vacation Villa The view!!!! So beautiful it’s a view to wake to everyday. The house is beautiful and equipped. The internet is great and the neighborhood is very quiet. We enjoyed our family vacation. The insurance you pay on check in is useful in case of damages. We would love to use this villa again. It was such an amazing experience 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽. I believe it is one of the most location in Camps Bay.

Great Location but the house lacks maintenance Rating: 2/5 The villa offers stunning views of Camps Bay, which is undoubtedly its best feature. However, our stay was marred by several issues that made it less enjoyable. • Maintenance Issues: One of the bedroom doors couldn’t close due to a broken mechanism, and the shades failed to darken the rooms adequately, making it difficult to rest. • Comfort: The beds and mattresses were old and uncomfortable across all rooms, which significantly impacted sleep quality. • Noise Levels: The house has poor sound insulation, so noise travels easily, making it unsuitable for larger groups seeking privacy or quiet. • Suitability: While the villa might work for a couple, it’s not ideal for multiple couples or groups due to its layout and lack of comfort. • Checkout Policy: The strict 10:00 AM checkout time felt unreasonable, especially since most accommodations in the area offer 11:00 AM as standard. A request for a late checkout was denied. Overall, while the views are breathtaking, the lack of maintenance, comfort, and flexibility makes this villa hard to recommend. We wouldn’t stay here again.

Perfect for business trip

This property was perfect for our business trip. The only things I noticed were 1. The main couch, rocking couch in 3rd room and throws need a clean 2. The Tv only stays on for 20 mins then goes black. 3. The washing machine is really loud, shakes the whole house and pretty much walks on its last spin cycle lol. 4. The wooden flooring makes so much noise and once can’t really walk up and down upstairs if someone is sleeping downstairs. Other than that, the view… WOW! SPECTACULAR. This house was a second choice but quickly became the better choice. Definitely returning because of the view.

The house was smaller than expected. There was garbage in the trash can. There was dust on the floor and the furniture. Alarm didn’t work. One night came back and found the fence open. Got so scared that called security to check if there was someone inside the house. Would not stay there again.
