The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities such as an electric hob and a Nespresso machine for your morning caffeine fix. The separate scullery comes with a dishwasher, washer, and dryer, making chores a breeze during your stay.
The main bedroom is a serene retreat. It features a comfortable queen bed and direct access to the balcony for early morning coffee or late-night stargazing. The ensuite bathroom, with its shower and single vanity, adds a touch of luxury to your stay.
The second bedroom, equipped with a double bed, is just as inviting. It also has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and single vanity, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests.
The outdoor area, with seating for two, is ideal for quiet conversations or simply enjoying the fresh air.
For your peace of mind, our property comes with a doorman and backup for TV, internet, and emergency lamps. There is also a lovely communal rooftop deck with a swimming pool.

Allein durch die ungewöhnliche Verwaltung und den zusätzlichen Kosten, dazu der Straßenlärm ist die eigentlich schöne Wo Die Wohnung war schön die zwei Schlafzimmer waren leider von der Größe zu unterschiedlich.

Very lovely Apartment right in front of a beautiful park and short walk to the ocean as well as great equipment (laundry, beach towels, etc). Nox was really proactive and friendly in communication. Unfortunately, the pool was not usable during our stay - besides that we had a great experience.

Nox's listing was as it is on airbnb. There were a few issues with check-in and Wi-Fi but host was responsive. I think the hosting team lacked aligned communication around the Wi-Fi connection as there were three people we were talking to and they gave different answers which was a little frustrating. NETFLIX - there was no communication that we should use our own Netflix. When I mentioned that I don't have my own account, I wasn't really assisted. Overall, the place was clean, spacious with friendly staff, close to V&A and local restaurants.

Loved the place. So clean , attentive hosts and friendly staff. The views ….. breathtaking.Would definitely stay there again! 👍🏾 It’s not a complaint but maybe as time goes on, having full solar back up would be fantastic but we appreciate that the wifi still works and there are charged lights available to use .

The location was quite central to good restaurants as well as the main areas at the waterfront. Our check in was smooth and efficient and we were always assisted in whatever was needed. The cleaner, that is responsible for the apartments daily upkeep, was very sweet and never failed to make us feel welcome and taken care of :) Despite being on a busy road, the noise levels were not bad at all!

Besonders klasse war das ich für meinen Sohn n Bettchen, Hochstuhl und Spielzeug buchen konnte. Die Putzfrau war täglich da und hat sogar gewaschen. Das war toll

Die Unterkunft ist top eingerichtet, Kommunikation mit Nox ist top. LEIDER: liegt die Wohnung an einer 4-spurigen Strasse daher ist es sehr laut in den Schlafzimmern. Die Wohnung ist generell sehr hellhörig. Ich weiss als Schweizer ist man diesbezüglich sehr verwöhnt. Aber man kann es wirklich so vergleichen als würde eine Autobahn gut hörbar neben eurem Schlafzimmer sein.
