Due to the close proximity of this apartment to the neighbours, this apartment doesn't allow any parties.
This apartment is also equipped with battery backups so you won't be without light or entertainment during periods of load shedding (rolling blackouts) which happen from time to time in South Africa. The backup batteries power all lights and most plugs in the property, as well as WiFi, so most entertainment options work. There is also a gas BBQ/braai on the patio, so cooking is no problem at all.

Neighborhood
Situated in a quiet residential part of Camps Bay. It backs on to the Table Mountain Nature Reserve and enjoys magnificent mountain views from the back bedrooms. You can access the nature reserve via a locked gate at the back of the complex.
Notes
Part of the downstairs balcony is overlooked by the adjacent apartment. No more than eight people allowed on the property at any time (six residents and two visitors). No parties allowed due to close proximity to neighbours.
