Great location and amenities. Its walkable to the V&A and also to Kloof Street. Also great point to be if you want to head to sea point or any of the other places above. It did get a little hot on the 2nd floor so kept windows open to cool down. We weren't able to use the pool :(. It was hot but windy since its on a hill it picks up a lot. Shower/Bathtub does leak but Constance the cleaner was great.

Once again we had a most wonderful stay - this beautiful modern townhouse in the very trendy and picturesque Waterkant is a gem and the little rooftop pool a fabulous add on. The area is very safe and you can walk to many little cafes and multiple restaurants. The house is very comfortable with a very big main bedroom and a beautiful en suite bathroom. The living room gets warm in summer but once you have your windows open the Cape Town breeze will cool it down quickly. Parking was never an issue thanks to the offered parking permit. The house was ultra clean thanks to Constance and her daily visits. NOX was very responsive, friendly and helpful. We will be back soon!

Schöne Wohnung in top Lage Die Lage in Greenpoint war super! Zudem wurde die Straße immer von Security überwacht. Die Unterkunft ist generell sehr schön und war auch super sauber! Das Personal war überaus freundlich und war direkt zur Stelle, wenn etwas zu regeln war.

We’ve had a great stay. The accommodation is located centrally and in a quiet street, which is a plus. The apartment itself has everything you need and is clean. We liked having a bathroom in both bedrooms and also having two terraces. Although we didn’t use the bbq, it’s nice to have. The roof terrace with the pool was really nice, especially with the heat :). We didn’t use however miss an umbrella to be able to create some shade. The communication with NOX was really good and fast. We also had to order a package while we were there which we had delivered to their office. We picked this up later in the week, this was a great service! Thanks for making our first time in Cape Town a great time. We definitely recommend this stay.

Good communication with the host; spacious place, modern and comfortable, with all kitchen amenities you need. The apartment looks like in the pictures, although few details need some maintenance (fridge door, some ceiling have humidity marks...).

We had a wonderful stay in Cape Town thanks to our hosts and the lovely airbnb we stayed in. Always responsive with clear instructions Nox did a fantastic job in making us feel at home. The views from the two bedroom unit are spectacular and although it was too cold to use the rooftop pool in summer I am sure it is great to have. The neighborhood is our favorite in Cape Town and is walkable, felt safe with security on every block, and had really great restaurants to chose from, including a breakfast place that quickly became our go to. Would highly recommend.

As mentioned: Mould smell in both bedrooms, whole area smells horrible. Entrance area as well; Mould stains on wall and floor, as well in first floor ceiling close to TV; smell also in this floor not good; all of the towles had stains and very bad smell; lots of damages all over the place, couch had stains and was already work out; Very Dirty underneath the Stairs: looks like construction side dirt; All in all: there are many things that need immediate an eye on it; value for the money not sufficient, compared to Loader A and B. Rebooking not likely. The issue that there has been a water damage, causing trouble to the neighbors, somehow effected our privacy as construction people entered the property.

Stayed at this villa. The best stay I’ve had in CPT! The hosts were very lovely. Very efficient. Everything we needed, they made sure we got very quickly. The house was outstanding . I am definitely going back!!!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in unserer Unterkunft. Alles ist gut erreichbar, und Nox ist ein großartiger Gastgeber. Egal, was uns am Herzen lag oder was wir brauchten – Nox hat sich hervorragend darum gekümmert und alles in die Wege geleitet. Wir hatten auch einen super privaten Transfer zum Aquila Game Reserve. Die Putzfrau ist sehr nett, allerdings könnte sie ein intensiveres Coaching gebrauchen, was das Putzen und die dazugehörigen Details angeht.

We had a wonderful time at Ishani in De Waterkant. The town house was exactly as shown in the pictures and described by NOX. Check In was quick and efficient and the location is great - quiet but close to all the amenities Cape Town has to offer. There was a noise issue with the neighboring pool and NOX responded very quickly and solved the problem within an hour. Their communication was excellent. If you are looking for a stylish, modern house with the little extra in trendy Waterkant - this is it!

Nice house, but… Perfectly situated in Waterkant, the property looks exactly like the photos. It is well-equipped and extremely comfortable. However, we encountered two issues during our stay: 1. The shower was leaking, and it could not be repaired during our stay. The floor became extremely slippery, and my partner unfortunately fell in the shower because of this. 2. We experienced a security incident in the apartment. Although the Nox team responded quickly, we did not feel comfortable staying there afterward. As a result, we left one day earlier and received a reimbursement for the unused day. However, no additional commercial gesture was offered to address the inconvenience caused by these issues.

This place has the potential to be so great! However, there are some key drawbacks. The showers leak onto the bathroom floor (this can’t be a new thing as the wooden cupboards in the bathroom and wooden flooring are water-damaged) so be prepared to mop it up! Hygiene could be better - trash is left beneath the front door steps and we had roaches in the apartment. Nox tried very hard to deal with this (and fumigate) but some issues are a bit hard to forget. Location is good, views are great. Tendayi was great in responding, as was the housekeeper. Wifi works well.
