We loved our stay with the beautiful views and patio on this end of Sea Point where it's calmer and more open. Great location with walking in either direction on the beachfront and close to restaurants. Enjoyed the daily cleaning perk and parking bay. Would love to return.

Great location with a great view. Very secure. Had everything we needed washer/dryer was a great feature. Close to waterfront but probably not really walking distance. Lovely walking path across the street. A great home base for Cape Town.

Location of the apartment is awesome. But the apartment would need a light refurbishment windows and doors which are slamming and banging especially when it's windy. Regarding NOX despite a first registration provess, they keep sending you prior to the arrival so many sms, mails asking for a second registration process asking for a 400 or 500 € deposit in the case something would be broken in the apartment or pay 35€ to avoid the deposit....quite annoying as everything shall be included in the Airbnb rental price. Also on the last day, we were ready to go at 10.00am as it has been asked many times. Appointment has been arrange at 10.00 to give back the keys, 30 min later nobody was there, nobodu answering the phone, I had to call to be informed that nobody could come so I could drop the keyx in the mail box. Overall a good stay but those small details are quite a pain.

This apartment on Mouille Point was fabulous! Clean, easy to find and near a selection of great restaurants. The best part was definitely watching whales, seals and dolphins from the balcony every morning!!! The Nox team were very helpful and allowed us to leave our baggage in their offices in Camps Bay before we could check in. Although this was a taxi ride away from the apartment, it did mean we could explore Camps Bay for a few hours. Thank you!

Not at all as depicted in the pictures. Multiple maintenance and cleanliness issues, which were raised with both the host and Airbnb. The apartment needs better attention to the deeper details. Definitely not a Superhost. Responsiveness was minimal, tackling only the surface issues the second day of stay. Would have preferred to have checked out.

Beautiful location, very central and safe - an absolute pleasure! The welcome pack (bottle of wine, chocolate, snacks, etc.) is a really clever touch. A pity that the WiFi wasn't working and that they couldn't fix it - this seem to have been an issue for months (they should've stated this on the listing). Both showers leak, but there were plenty of towels to clean up the excess water. Beds were comfortable, aircon in the main bedroom was great.
Victor (from Nox) was super helpful and very responsive.
The staff in the building were excellent and helpful too.

Right on the Ocean front with incredible view. All kitchen and laundry supplies provided. Maid services are included during weekdays which is a plus. Emergency lights in the corridors and bedroom nightstands will ride through load shedding. The elevator does not work during load shedding but will open to allow egress. The host is run by a team that is super responsive. We had an issue with the wifi and it was fixed the next day.

The harbour is just 5 minutes by Uber for a nice dinner.

This apartment was exactly like the pictures. It was so beautiful and there were several great restaurants within walking distance. It had everything we needed for our short stay in Cape Town. I would highly recommend and definitely return if I ever am lucky enough to return to South Africa.

Fantastic apartment with the most stunning views and everything you could need (we were there for a week). Very safe and easy walk to the V&A Waterfront and also has some great bars and restaurants on your doorstep. There is a little bit of noise from the road and a bit of construction talking place down on the shore but the bedrooms are very quiet and we slept very well. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

We had a great stay at this apartment. The views are incredible! Beds very comfortable. Having the cleaner come in each day was great, she even washed some of our clothes which we had left in the basket for taking home! Such a great location, close to so many bars and restaurants. First and foremost the apartment was better than the pictures and description of which you get a full grasp of the true meaning of ‘uninterrupted ocean views’. Our host very responsive to answer all questions I had before arrival, and went above and bring to ensure we were set up with back up with wifi after the network at the property went down.
The daily cleaning service (which is included in the price) ensured we fell in love again with the place everytime we came back from the day’s activities. From the furniture to the fittings, the clean linen and rooms, all have you planning your next trip to Cape Town before you even leave!

The apartment was amazing in a great location. The two bedroom two bathroom accommodation was more fantastic for our family stay to Cape Town. With secure access and parking we always felt secure and comfortable. Fast wifi, DSTV and regular house cleaning the apartment was great.

We were a family of 4 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment .
It has fabulous views of the ocean.
The only three problems we encountered were:
1. The person handing over the keys and checking us in whose motto was ‘’communication is key ‘’ failed to live up to his motto by not giving us the apartment number in advance despite various requests on our part. . Upon arrival at the apartment , our taxi driver had to telephone him to inform him of our arrival. The attitude at check in was a bit patronising.
2. The toilet seat in one of the toilets was missing. The check in person omitted to inform us this . It was fixed the following day.
3. Check out time is 10.00 am . The cleaner turned up at 9.00 am to clean the apartment. I do not think it is professional to arrive earlier.
Apart from the above , the apartment worked very well for us and we enjoyed the space , dimensions and scenery.

A great stay from beginning to end. We were accommodated for an early and easy check-in with super helpful Peter. The apartment is bright, spacious, clean, secure and has exceptional views over Table Bay. It is also well situated - in walking distance to the stadium, parks, the Promenade and the Waterfront. The unit is stylishly decorated and has everything one needs. 2 details which made a difference to me are that it has extras of all cutlery, glasses and crockery; and it also has a secure allocated basement parking bay. Highly recommended!

Perfect beach facing apartment. Beautifully furnished and very comfortable - felt right at home and slept like a baby first night. The view from both balconies is incredible! Amazing space and amazing location. Only things to note are:

1) they only had one set of keys so it was a little difficult for a group of adults.
2) there's a lot of construction in the building, so it can be super noisy during the day if you're trying to work from home.

Otherwise, can't ask for a better place, and the housekeeping staff was so wonderful and kind!
