Schön gelegene Wohnung in Waterkant. Viele Restos und Bars in der Umgebung, ebenso das Cape Wunders Einkaufszentrum. Parking vorhanden, man kann von der Wohnung quasi direkt ins Parking. Mit Uber oder Bolt kommt man schnell an die Waterfront oder zur Tafelberg-Bahn. Autovermietung findet man zwei Blocks weiter. Mit dem Auto ist man in 30 Min. am Flughafen. Bequeme Matratzen in beiden Zimmern

A lovely apartment in a quiet, modern and very secure block with underground parking. It's a vibey area with very easy access to a great little shopping centre. Close to the stadium, Seapoint, and the V&A and walking distance to several interesting restaurants. The bedrooms are small but efficient and the decor sleek and modern. You have a view of the mountain (beyond the buildings). I'd happily stay here again.

Well-appointed apartment in the busily area of De Waterkant. Viby but noisy area. I would prefer to have a top sheet and duvet cover, as its too hot in summer for a Duvet, and sometimes too cool without a sheet.

This is easily one the best air bnb experiences I’ve had. Excellent communication, a cleaner who visits every day and exceptional customer care. Nox helped store our luggage while we waited to check into our next air bnb. Easy recommend, this air bnb looks exactly as you see it.

Nice location, quiet, but close to any of the major restaurant/bar areas. Supermarket right across the street plus some great coffee bars. Communication with the host and housekeeper was very good and speedy. Highly recommend this apartment while you’re in CT!

The apartment was exactly as described, the facilities were excellent and it was very clean and well equipped. We found it perfect for exploring Cape Town, walkable to V&A Waterfront and the City Center area. The area felt safe with shopping and restaurants close by. Check in and out was seamless and the host was easy to connect and available when needed. It was our first visit to Cape Town and was a perfect location.

Great Location. Awesome modern place en the heart of De Waterkant. Has everything you need and shops are easily accessible through the basement parking. The underground parking is also great because parking really is hard to come by in this area. Another plus is that Spar is open until 21:00 at night, which was very convenient.

o apartamento é ótimo e a localização sensacional! Nox 3 uma empresa, pra que deixa a relação com o anfitrião impessoal,pois vc é atendido por pessoas diferentes. Eu, por exemplo, fui atendido por 3 ou 4 pessoas, em momentos diferentes. Quando fomos recebidos pelo primeiro anfitrião, ele tirou fotos do apartamento, deixou a chave e não explicou nenhuma funcionalidade do apartamento, o que foi dito que aconteceria... Quando abri as gavetas do guarda-roupa, estavam sujas, com cabelo, cotonetes usados e papel. Mandei fotos imediatamente para o anfitrião, o rapaz voltou, limpou com papel e deu uma desculpa péssima, justificando o incoveniente. Daí pra frente tudo funcionou muito bem! Até mimos ganhamos! Recomendo o apartamento, só fica a crítica para a empresa que poderia ser mais organizada.

I really loved the place, looks exactly like the pictures and even better in person. The place was also very clean and had all the appliances one could possibly need. Me and my family really enjoyed our time here, there was lots to do and a good number of restaurants around. I’d definitely stay here again!

Beautiful apartment. Great location. Good communication. While it’s a 2 bed 2 bath we found it a bit of a tight squeeze for 4 people. The 2nd bedroom is very small for 2 adult children and the living area equally so. Maybe more suitable for a young family with small kids. I guess it’s ok if you will be out for most of the day and come back just to sleep.

Beautiful and very comfortable apartment in a great location. Only had one minor issue with the safe not working but everything else was perfect and would stay there again in a heartbeat. it was a very nice apartment for us as a small family with a child. parking place top and very safe. we always felt save. Wäre positiv is the near to the SUPERMARKT SPAR, you can go via Unterground car Park. In the morning, when the delivery starts it is sometimes loud, so we definitely closed the Windows and than it was still a little bit loud too. the communicstion is very good. very friendly and proaktive. thank you for a wonderful stay.

The apartment is perfect, comfortable, well equipped, everything working well, good localization, very safe building and neighbour area, easy to arrive and go around. However, two services offered in the advertisement, didn't correspond to the reality: 1. there is no parking available as said. Yeah, it's possible to park in the area around, one or two blocks far, but we are not informed about that. If that would be informed to us in the moment of the check in, some annoying could have being avoided... ; 2. There are not cable TV channels available and that was another advertised service that was not really offered. We were eager to watch World Cup Football games and we couldn't! Neither we were informed about places to watch the games in the city. Airbnb guests expect this kind of "personalized" information...
