We had a really nice stay at Nox's flat. Loader Street is a peaceful road with lovely colourful houses, and the flat itself is spacious and light and comfortable, and prettily decorated. We do have just a few little things to note which could be fixed. One is that all the bath towels seemed to have orange stains on, so new towels would be good. There were quite a lot of ants on the ground floor, which never went away despite regular cleaning. And the wifi was broken the whole time - we were able to use the next door flat's wifi instead, but that only covered the ground floor and not the basement where the bedrooms are, and it wasn't very reliable, so not great for my partner's work meetings. But Nox were really nice to deal with, they kept sending people over to look at the problem (though they didn't manage to fix it) and were very pleasant about it, and even offered us a discount for the inconvenience. We'd certainly stay again, as long as the wifi was fixed!

Stunning apartment. Everything was of high quality and standard. Super bright and loved being able to open the sliding doors to get some fresh air. Beautiful rooftop pool for a morning plunge. Olaf was super helpful and check in was smooth, being flexible around our other arrangements. Amazingly big and comfortable beds. Loved this place!
Only thing was on the last night there were a group staying in the apartment below the master bedroom which, when outside, were very loud until early hours of the morning. Hopefully just a one off but would be good to have a noise curfew to avoid this for others.

The apartment is absolutely fantastic with incredible facilities. Everything you need is right there - washing machine, dryer, towels, beach towels etc. Beds are very comfortable, kitchen has everything you need and the roof-top pool is a bonus! Would highly recommend it.

Everything is just so en point. The property is located in the most beautiful area, the pool was a fantastic bonus, the views, the style, everything was great.

Only nit picking - the lack of space on the roof for sun loungers or similar. The back room gets quite warm and it only has a fan and the kitchen might need a little TLC due to wear and tear. But the place is immaculate

Before arriving, we received the login code for the door. Upon entering, we were gobsmacked at the beautiful three story apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean, even though it was so big. The floors were never dusty, nor were the amenities. The pool was clean, the interior was decorated beautifully.

The shower drains were slow and there was some water collection whilst showering, you can hear the neighbours pretty easily and the TVs arent smart TVs so no streaming services/screen sharing. I had to think really hard to find something I dont like though.

My girlfriend and I wanted to splurge a bit during our last days in Cape Town and Loader 20B did not disappoint. Having our own rooftop and pool was a pleasure and really added that little extra bit of luxury to our final days.
The area is very walkable to a nearby piano bar and the Waterkant road with a new, rooftop lounge bar called Allure. The area felt safe and there was also a Spar and liquor store close to the place which was nice when wanting to have a few glasses of rose in the evening.
Pete, our host, was very responsive and easy to communicate with.
We would go back here again.

The stay was incredible. It’s a beauty nestled in one of the best locations in Cape Town, I think the location itself is actually one of the best parts, which I didn’t see yet spoken about in previous reviews.

The stay itself is beautiful, and I’ve stayed in villas that don’t compare to the elegance of it. It felt comfortable, and it’s a stay that will make you wish you lived there. The host is accommodating and the welcome is great, swift and friendly. There’s genuinely nothing I could pick apart about Nox, and this goes for all of their stays but specifically this one in comparison to other luxury stays - it’s well worth it, and slightly better than the pictures in my opinion.

The apartment is even nicer than the pictures - beautifully laid out over 3 floors, lots of space, extremely clean (with someone coming to clean every day). It's also very well located with access to lots of cafes/restaurants etc. Check and check out processes were a breeze, and I felt the Nox team went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. Highly recommended, and I'd definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Cape Town.

Toll eingerichtetes Haus mit allem, was man braucht. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Modernes aber warmes Design. Tolle grosse Räume. Sehr gute Betten. Jeden Tag kommt der Room Service und bringt alles in Ordnung. Die Dachterrasse mit Pool und tollem Blick auf die Stadt und den Tafelberg ist unglaublich. Zentrale Lage in De Waterkant, dabei aber sehr ruhig und durch zwei Türen mit Zahlenschloss auch sehr sicher. Parkmöglichkeiten auf der Strasse vor dem Haus. Freundliche Begrüßung und schnelle Hilfe bei Fragen oder Problemen. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt. Sehr zu empfehlen.

It was the perfect apartment to spend the last days of our South Africa Roadtrip.
Paul the Host was super nice, it was easy to get in contact with him, he was helpful in every situation.
The Apartment is super cool: stylish interior design in boho style and very good located in Bo-Kaap. The Highlight is the Rooftop including a small pool with an amazing view on Table mountain.
We where two couples and I think this is the best combination for this Airbnb.

Sehr stilvoll eingerichtete große Wohnung mit guter Lage (viele gute Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar ) und täglichem Aufräumservice.
Auch wenn die Wohnung keinen privaten Parkplatz hat, hatten wir nie Probleme in der Straße Parkplätze zu finden.

Stunning apartment, great attention to detail, beautifully decorated, excellent quality applicances and other kitchen items such as knives and forks, plates etc which are often terrible quality in rental apartments.

Bath has a leak and drained rapidly on use so drain needs attending to, so as to avoid this but clearly not a deal-breaker.

The property was very clean, cozy and spacious . The location is 15 min walking to the center which was perfect for us.
The staff in Nox , Paul, Jaco and Lauren were super helpful in all meanings . They assist in everything and they respond at any time .

This place deserve a 6stars if there can be one. Sheri’s places is the best have seen since have been Traveling. The interiors, the neatness, the touch of nature are top notch !. Am definitely coming back to this place when I visit South Africa in June.

Beautiful home with quality furniture and decor! Beautiful Village Life of De Waterkant.
I think they forgot to add water
In the fridge just some personal touch for the guests...most Airbnb homes have welcome drink and at least a bottle of water.
I would gladly stay here again, totally loved my stay!

Was a last minute booking as our stay got extended. Check-in was great and easy and the location was great (beware of the parking there). The apartment was stunning with earthy tones and modern touches. Everything was in perfect shape and the facilities were exceptional. The rooftop pool provided us with a nice place to start and end the day. I would book this place anytime. Quite easily one of my favourite places to stay in Central Cape Town.

unbelievably gorgeous, homey and is central to shops (V and A Waterfront) . Location is great, view is breandathtaking from the pool deck on the roof. The surrounding area is nice quiet, and very relaxing.

this is a perfect accommodation if your traveling to Cape Town!

House was amazing. Check in was terrible, we found out when we arrived that Nox rentals had put someone else in the house we had payed for. Which was unacceptable and we had to argue and fight to get our place back. Very upsetting.

This luxury apartment is really decorated with good taste, and well situated.
On the other hand, communication with Nox Rental staff is poor, we had to wait outside for an hour just because the (Hidden by Airbnb) number isn't attended.
