Very nice apartment, tidy, well maintained and excellent location. All details are taken care of. The fact of having a person who takes care of cleaning during the stay is really a differentiating factor.

Such a beautiful place with everything you need. The private roof top pool with stunning views was just a cherry on top. Left an item and the Nox team was so helpful in retrieving it and made arrangements to reach us. However I would suggest getting a Smart TV with access to Netflix as the TV only offers DSTV.

Luxurious and Well Located Everything about this place was spectacular. The location was one of the best for our Cape Town trip, and the rooftop patio had amazing views of the waterfront and Table Mountain. The property itself was modern, spacious, and luxurious.

Good place, you get what you pay for. Stunning views and well decorated. Has everything you need, however for the price there's a few minor things that can be improved on to make the place feel a bit more high class considering the area and the price. The plates and glasses and cutlery are all random bits taken from other sets. Kind of makes the place feel a bit cheap when agencies or owners skip on these small things. The wifi was a big issue constantly not working or dropping, even ran out of data at one point which again feels cheap, just get proper wifi the property is valued at a couple of mil, no need to skimp on small things. We are remote working individuals who all had to work from the place so it was really disruptive not being able to join certain meetings or running around to coffee shops because the wifi was out. That's just my opinion, but the host NOX was very helpful and responsive and the cleaning staff were absolutely lovely and that was a great perk

The place was exactly as seen in the pictures. You have your own private pool on the rooftop and was super clean and noise free. The lady came in everyday to clean and was very friendly. Would definitely recommend and will be visiting again during summer. So close to V&A and lots of restaurants in walking distance. Area is safe

We had a really nice stay at Nox's flat. Loader Street is a peaceful road with lovely colourful houses, and the flat itself is spacious and light and comfortable, and prettily decorated. We do have just a few little things to note which could be fixed. One is that all the bath towels seemed to have orange stains on, so new towels would be good. There were quite a lot of ants on the ground floor, which never went away despite regular cleaning. And the wifi was broken the whole time - we were able to use the next door flat's wifi instead, but that only covered the ground floor and not the basement where the bedrooms are, and it wasn't very reliable, so not great for my partner's work meetings. But Nox were really nice to deal with, they kept sending people over to look at the problem (though they didn't manage to fix it) and were very pleasant about it, and even offered us a discount for the inconvenience. We'd certainly stay again, as long as the wifi was fixed!
