A modern 2 bed apartment located in the trendy, upmarket suburb of De Waterkant just outside of the CBD. Ideal for two couples or a group of friends, it's the perfect base from which to explore all the Mother City has to offer.

Inside the living and dining area is open plan, offering dining for 6 guests, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a comfortable TV lounge with satellite channels.

Upstairs is a rooftop pool area with gorgeous city views and an outside dining area.

The two bedrooms both offer King-size beds, en-suite bathrooms and exceptional city views.

In De Waterkant you will find bars, restaurants, grocery stores and a yoga studio. The popular beaches of Camps Bay and Clifton are only a short drive away as are many of the top tourist attractions.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful and modern apartment in Cape Town. The space was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and incredibly comfortable for both myself and my family. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location is ideal—close to all the main attractions, restaurants, and vibrant city hubs, yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. Luxurious apartment, excellent staff, top-notch amenities.

Luxuriöses Apartment, hervorragendes Personal, top Ausstattung Hervorragende geschmackvolle Ausstattung. 24/7 Erreichbarkeit der Hausverwaltung NOX und prompte freundliche Erledigung unserer Anliegen. Top geschultes technisches Personal und ebenso das Reinigungspersonal. Terrasse und Pool am Dach mit Blick über Kapstadt. Großzügige Räumlichkeiten und gutes Sicherheitsgefühl in einer Stadt mit hoher, spürbarer Kriminalität. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Clapperton, unseren Host, er war großartig und hat sich an dem Abend um uns gekümmert und uns beruhigt, als wir Opfer eines Raubes auf der Straße in Kapstadt wurden. Auch an den Tagen danach hat er immer wieder nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist und wie es uns geht. Danke Clapperton!

Amazing apartment in ideally located and safe area. We had no issues from checkin until end of our stay. There were plenty of coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. We will miss waking up to views of table mounting and relaxing by the pool after a day of exploring. Hoping to be back in the future!

If you should stay in Cape Town try to find an apartment in De Waterkant, one of the most interesting and beautiful part of the town with a long history. It is a safe environment with lot of restaurants and ambiance. We can highly recommend Nox. Nox´ apartment is big, beautifully decorated, have two big bedrooms, and two bathrooms on one level, living/dining room and an open kitchen on the middle level and on the roof a big terrasse with a pool and view of central Cape Town and the harbour. Clapperton and Candy were very sweet and helped us with all what we wanted. No problem to leave the luggage a little before check-in time and to let it stay in the apartment after check-out time.

Flooring ! Kitchen furniture ! Windows not cleaned ! Birds shits at window , you must do something against the birds ! Please ! Crashed windows at top roof door For mir than three years !‘ Swimmingpool not cleaned in 9 days. Furniture is getting used and old We have been 3 years ago for 13 days. In this wonderful located house and very interesting furnished and decorated rooms ! It‘s time to invest , 👍 Thanks a lot for the housekeeper She is a wonderful part of the renting ! The apartment is beautiful and very well equipped. It is in prime location; very close to V&A. In walking distance but also one can drive and park their car in one of the huge parking lots in V&A. Very convenient. It is very safe; policemen were strolling on the streets every day, greeting us friendly informing us that they are on duty even at night, in case we would need them. But we did not need them :-) Housekeeping was very good.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare 2-wöchige Zeit. Wir haben uns sofort wie Zuhause gefühlt. Das Airbnb ist auf 3 Ebenen aufgeteilt, wodurch unsere 4 köpfige Reisegruppe genug Platz hatte. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut durchdacht, die Betten waren traumhaft und insgesamt ein elegantes Boho-Ambiente. Der Blick von der Dachterrasse ist atemberaubend schön und wurde häufig genutzt: sei es für den ersten Kaffee bei Sonnenaufgang, zum Relaxen tagsüber oder für ein Glas Wein zum Abschluss des Tages. Die Reinigung durch Thandi war sehr zuvorkommend und auch bei unserer Anwesenheit nicht störend. Die Lage ist perfekt für jede Art von Unternehmung in und um Kapstadt. Ein großer Spar fußläufig erreichbar ebenso wie mehrere Café's. Der Parkausweis war sehr hilfreich, um den Mietwagen direkt vor der Haustür zu parken. Der Service für die Aufbewahrung des Gepäcks am Anreise- und Abreisetag im Büro von Nox ist abschließend auch sehr positiv hervorzuheben. Wir werden wieder kommen!

The stay at Nox’s was probably one of the best in the area. It’s walkable to the waterfront, has a view from the roof, nice, modern unit, safe community, and clean. The host is also responsive and provided helpful tips and instructions. Great choice!

Wir waren nun das 4. mal in dieser Unterkunft. Die Gegen De Waterkant ist perfekt, um Kapstadt zu erkunden. Das Haus wird täglich gereinigt, wie im Hotel. Das Haus ist preislich recht fair. Auch wenn alles funktioniert hat und nichts störend defekt ist, sollte es langsam einer kleinen Renovierung unterzogen werden, um für die kommenden Jahre wieder frisch zu wirken.

This space was perfect for my trip! The hosts were wonderful and very accommodating to our needs. They also had a cleaner come in everyday which was great and the service was above and beyond. Isaac was also very helpful and kind. Additionally, the neighborhood is really nice and walkable with lots of nice restaurants around the area.
