Really great place and location close to table mountain, V and A waterfront and lots of restaurants walking distance not to mention a spar down the road for convince, the street parking may seem not so great as you might not the same spot but it doesn't get full especially on the road leading up to the property so that made life easier and its safe with the meter people patrolling there also

This Airbnb ranks among the best I've experienced, with attention to every minor detail. The king-size bed is exceptionally soft and cozy, complemented by superb linen. It would be great to have a king-size option in the second bedroom. Adding a braai on the pool deck would be the perfect finishing touch to this splendid hidden treasure. The nearby sushi bar, just a short walk away, provides a distinctive dining experience on the cobblestone street, making it a unique and cool spot to visit.

It was a last minute booking but it was totally worth it. We enjoyed that every room had its own privacy. The pool on the deck was perfect. The host made sure our needs were met and the cleaning lady was so efficient. I’ll definitely book with Nox again

The property is stunning and in a great safe location. Pool is incredible on the roof top!
Due to the location there can be some noise issues but the rental company staff will literally bend over backwards to sort out any issues you have.

This home is great and better than the pictures! It is decorated very nicely, clutter-free and has all the amenities you need during a six-day stay like ours. Pre-arrival, we were given several suggestions on things to do in Cape Town and although we already had everything planned, it could be very helpful to guests that need some guidance. Peter was our contact during the stay and he greeted us at arrival. He was very friendly and waited to make sure we were all settled in. He was also available and very responsive when we had questions. We had peace of mind knowing Peter was there for us if needed.

The location is great. Beautiful neighborhood with several restaurants, bars, a small mall, grocery store and pharmacy all within a short walk. It is also a five-minute Uber ride from V&A Waterfront and easily accessible to tour guides and Ubers. We felt safe walking around and in the apartment. We will definitely stay there again if we ever find ourselves back in Cape Town! THANK YOU!

The space was totally adequate for our 3 couples. I found the well labeled light switches a challenge. Kitchen was easy to use. Front room shared it’s shower/toilet and sink with the laundry for all. We had one sleep disrupted night because wind rattles the windows - we had to put folded cardboard between the windows and their frames to stop it once we figured out where it was coming from.

This is one stunning apartment that left me inspired to engaged the architect/interior designer to do up my house too. It's well set up, with more than enough space without being overly spacious. Guess it all comes down to smart interior arrangements. Was there with 2 colleagues and a bit of family and it felt like we were home. Everything was just on point and beautiful. Looked forward to coming back every night after a day at work. The earth interiors also create a serene environment of sorts. The bathroom floors with under floor heating were a plus. Was a shame we couldn't use the outside entertainment areas as it was cold given we were there in June, but would be great to enjoy the summer sun there I'm sure. Only downside was one drainage in the showers - they used a modern drainage design which looks sleek I must say but the drainage efficiency was lost in a way. Overall, beautiful ??

We were met by the property manager at the specified time, he was friendly, professional and helpful. We loved the property, it was well maintained, very luxurious beds / bathrooms and the daily maid service was an added bonus!

155 Waterkant is in a small development and there are 2 x apartments directly above the patio area which impacts on privacy a little

Family of 5 visited in December.
This place in De Waterkant is an amazing house in a perfect location. The pictures described the house well, and the unit itself is very charming with artistic details and very functional for 5-6 adults.
The host Nox was extremely responsive and the only small thing we asked for was delivered immediately.
The neighborhood is perfectly located near the city center but also very easy to access roads toward Camps Bay, Table Mountain and more by car. It is very safe with police or guards by every corner and lively with many restaurants and bars just around the corner, yet still on a very peaceful street with colorful houses.

This stay was absolutely amazing, the way the apartment was structured.
The main bedroom has it’s own private bathroom that is the size of a bedroom. The pool was absolutely breathtaking.

This is a stunning apartment in the beautiful Malay quarter with other brightly coloured historic houses in and around. There are lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance and a useful supermarket to rival any in the UK in the cape quarter shopping centre.
There are 3 large double bedrooms with 3 bathrooms so perfect for our party of 6. I would recommend this property to anyone.

The property is beautifully designed and a bit of a hidden gem in a superb location.
The hosts were very good and attentive, and made for a lovely stay.
My only small criticism would be that there were a few broken cupboard doors and shelves, which need to be fixed....and the rear courtyard and pool area needed a good scrub, which they did send someone in to clean.
Overall I would recommend this property!

I really can't find anything bad about this place it was perfect for me and my siblings' trip and loved the location! Some things to expect. The place is cozy with a dim lit setting. Don't expect too much brightness at night. The courtyard is not exactly private. It's open for other guests who are staying in the other places to view from there windows and if they have them open well it can become a bit awkward. We learned this while chatting so hopefully we weren't too loud. But besides that this is a beautiful spot and definitely would stay again when I return to CT!

We enjoyed our stay, the area is close to everything and all the places we wanted to visit. It's a safe area with neighborhood patrols all the time.

Paul was such a great host, he was easy to reach all the times.

When it comes to TV, I suggest Nox rentals to consider having some music channels or at least invest in a smart TV, especially the one in the lounge.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Best we did not get lost and we found one of the guys waiting for us. He assisted us with the bags showed us what was were and we felt very comfortable. i would go back anytime.

The security guards make you feel uncomfortable, and i was mugged outside the house late at nigth.

It was close to coffee bars & eateries.
It was central to where we needed to be.
It was meticulously designed, a lovely contemporary African interior.

Furniture was lovely.

We had to tell the caretaker twice to replace the light bulb in front bathroom.
The dish washer collapsed on us & tilted over every time we used it, when we informed staff, they said that it was broken previously. They were aware of it but it was never fixed. It was stressful to use.
The door to the pool pump was broken & lying on the floor which prevented us using the pool patio fully.
Twice the pool man came clean the pool but he never fixed it.
The front gate had to be manually opened & locked.
The inside remote for the gate was temperamental, it worked on and off.
There was cockroaches in the front section of the house.
The dustbins under each sink was far too small & had VERY large black bags.
Staff just changed the bag and after the third day we had to wash out the bin with soapy water as it began to smell badly.
There was no cell phone signal.

My group of 6 had an amazing stay at this house. Our host, Jaco, was very responsive and helpful. We loved the location, pool, cleanliness (daily cleaning service was great), and space. We couldn't have asked for anything better. We had a phenomenal time in Cape Town all around. Hope to be back!

After one week Garden route we were lucky to stay in such a nice and lovely place. Having a private roof top terrace made every breakfast incredible. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t as good as we expected it for end of October so it was too chilly to jump into the whirlpool. But apart from the weather situation I’d recommend this property to rent if you want to stay for a few days in Cape Town.

Terrific for 2-3 couples. Modern/contemporary design with all the bells and whistles. The host - Roberto was professional and very helpful throughout our stay. Only 4-5 minutes by taxi to waterfront. Great restaurants in area. Everything very clean and working. Would stay here again.

We absolutely loved this gem of a house! It’s right in the middle of the stylish Waterkant neighborhood, close to many cute bars and restaurants. There is a grocery store down the street to grab bottled water and snacks. The home is stylishly and luxuriously furnished, we didn’t want to leave!

Noxs place was to die for????????? we were a little shocked when we came and we were still outside?but we got in and it was heavenly!! super clean!! fully equipped!! The bathrooms are to die for ??the colours are nice and subtle! The wifi worked perfectly! The kitchen was big and had everything we needed! We were welcomed sooo kindly! we arrived abit early and needed to drop off our bags and they allowed us, Marco was always available when we needed to communicate anything and everything was just perfect honestly I have no complaints and would definitely come again!

Thank you for an unforgettable experience in Cape Town. The flat itself is gorgeous, well designed and modern with all the amenities you could need. Jaco from the Nox team along with the cleaning team on site we’re very friendly and helpful. The flat is situated on a picturesque street, very close to many restaurants and a small shopping centre with grocery, pharmacy and several boutiques. Very close as well to all the major tourist attractions in town. Highly recommend!

The property has really nice rooftop area with a small pool and garden. The only thing you don't see on the advert is the other apartments overlooking the courtyard. So it doesn't feel completely private, but almost like a shared space. However the pool area is fairly private

Everything was on point , house - location . Paul was gracious enough to allow some of the guests to leave their luggage at the house on the last day whilst they ran last minute errands. We loved every bit of our stay and would definitely recommend it to other people .

We enjoyed our stay, the area is close to everything and all the places we wanted to visit. It's a safe area with neighborhood patrols all the time. Paul was such a great host, he was easy to reach all the times. When it comes to TV, I suggest Nox rentals to consider having some music channels or at least invest in a smart TV, especially the one in the lounge. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

This house is spotless, and the neighborhood is very safe and secure. The host, Paul, was accommodating. The only problem here is the air conditioner in the lounge area; it needs a bigger one to covet the entire region.
