Cape Kelp Forests: named one of the Seven Wonders of the World

Bloomberg has included the vast Cape Kelp Forests in its latest release of the Seven Wonders of the World. These beautiful and mysterious forests are also known as the Great African Sea Forest and are bigger than the Grand Canyon. The meeting of the Indian and Atlantic Oceans are said to be part of the reason the growth of our kelp forests are so incredible.The forests are home to an enormous variety of wildlife and sea creatures. The Oscar-winning My Octopus Teacher Netflix documentary showcases some of the incredible underwater forests and it's wildlife.
