Charges are not transparent after you make your booking ,on booking .com there's additional non refundable charges they demand you to pay.They call it a damage waiver,when you cancel you can only get 50?of your booking fee back ,meaning you are obligated to either pay R10000 or the R750 waiver.In addition to that they tell you ,you will get cleaning services which you pay for.Then no one comes to clean the place and then you are told cleaners don't work on Sundays but this is not disclosed in the cleaning agreement.

We stayed for 10 days in Camps Bay, a wealthy area of Cape Town at 270 Degrees Panorama. Camps Bay was a terrific place for us to stay - safe, just 10 minutes from Central Cape Town and only R80 ($10) taxi ride away. The 270 apartment was really fantastic. THe views are stunning at all times of day. The sliding doors open up to make the whole apartment like a shaded terrace. Sunsets were best done at the apartment with the windows wide open. Looking out over the lights of Camps Bay and the ocean on a moonlit night made it worth waking up! The Panorama complex is very secure and easy to find for taxis. The apartment was very clean, tile floor, good TV, 2 baths, washing machine and dryer - everything you needed. Daily maid service meant we always had a nice clean apartment to come home to. There is a nice pool as well. With Lions Head to the right, the ocean before you and the 12 Apostles behind you, it's incredible. Jenny Swienty, our booking agent at Luxury Accomodations, arranged for us to be picked up at the airport, a car rental, and recommendations on various activities. She was terrific. 270 Degree Panorama really gave us a fantastic base in Cape Town and I would stay there again in a hearbeat.

Leider war die Wohnung nicht so toll wie beschrieben und dafür dementsprechend viel zu teuer! Die Wohnung ist sehr abgewohnt, die Zugehfrau scheint auch nur das nötigste zu putzen. Wir fanden z.B. noch Brotkrümel ect. unter der Glastischplatte im Wohnzimmen. Die Toilettenbürsten sind ohne Griff, die Steh- und Nachttischlampen ohne Glühbirnen. Im Kleiderschrank befinden sich Nägel heraus, an denen man sich verletzen kann. DasInventar im Bad und der übrigen Wohnung ist abgenutzt und bräuchte dringend eine Erneuerung - dafür ist der Mietpreis echt zu hoch.

270 degrees is a graet base for exploring CT. The views are spectacular and the unit is a very comfortbale place to stay. There are a few very nice small touches i.e. coffee maker and milk frother, balsamic vinegar and olive oil (small things that make life just a little more enjoyable). We found this a perfect place to stay and relax after a full day our exploring CT.

Very comfortable apartment. We stayed here with our guest from France and we loved coming home after a busy day of sightseeing to a glass of wine and the amazing sunsets from the apartment. We enjoyed the promenade with its lovely restaurants and excellent nightlife.

The service by Nox Rentals was fantastic - 110%! The home and location was great - flowers and bottle of wine really appreciated. The ABSOLUTE DOWNSIDE was the 2nd bedroom. The cupboard was packed full of linen so this had to be moved in order to pack your clothes. The other cupboard housed the WET MOP ETC WHICH WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND STANK!! Disappointing was the blinds in the lounge which had missing pieces and these were just stacked on the floor. My suggestion would be that they be placed in the garage till repaired and perhaps likewise with the cleaning mops and linen - a lockup cupboard in the garage as there is really no other space to be utilised in the home for linen and cleaning items.

I just wanted to let you know that we have ensured that the second bedroom cupboard has been neatened up and space has been made for the guests to use the cupboards and the wet mop has since been removed so it no longer smells. We have also completely removed the blinds from the Living Room and there are now lovely curtains. Absolutely a magical view of the 270 degree vista! Amazing. The accommodation was excellent from a location and facilities point of view. The hosts Gareth and Victor, both helpful and attentive. Service of the apartment was adequately done. We had a wonderful stay and would use the accommodation again without hesitation, provided the bed in the main room is replaced.
The main bed was not good. It creaks at every more and this unfortunately wakes others in the bed. It was one of the disappointing facilities in an excellent apartment. It needs urgent replacement. In addition the DSTV connection is extremely poor for this standard of accommodation. It is not good enough here.
The service of the apartment isn't covered on a Sunday or Public Holiday and should be advised beforehand.
Parking for trailers needs to be indicated in the complex. The body corporate, trustee person left a message without advice or suggestions where to park a trailer.

I booked for my friends they struggled to find a place we were never given adress of this pace they had to drive fir 2 hours looking for this place with no help we were not even given a cellphone number to contact incase of emergency

Beautiful kitchen and living area...
Location is really great.
Check in process not great. Check in person was late and even upon follow up, still late.
Although arrangements were made and communicated beforehand, it was not met.
Bathrooms needs attention, but still not bad.
Should be informed of stairs to unit. Not an issue, but should take note.
Dstv didn't work.
Deposit payback delayed without reason.

We travelled to this property very excited after seeing the great pictures on the website, but were just blown away when we got there. It was very clean, very spacious and the views are breathtaking. It is located in a gated compound which offers extra security. You have a private garage if you are renting a car which makes things very easy. The property was very clean and organized. A Nox representative was there to show us how everything worked and set up the internet. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows, towels and extra linens for us. The kitchen was well stocked and they even provided us with bags of ice in the freezer and a welcoming bottle of South African wine that was delicious. It had a full size washer and dryer that worked great. The only thing missing was a telephone. Since we are tourists getting a Sim card was next to impossible, so I wish that the property would have offered a landline just for local calls only. It would have been easier to make dinner reservations or at least order take out on days we didn't feel like eating out. That is my only complaint about the property, everything else was great. The neighbors are quiet and very nice, we locked our keys in our rental car and had to ask the neighbor to borrow the phone (another reason a landline would be useful) and she was very nice and willing to assist us. I recommend this property 100% and would rebook for another trip to Camps Bay.

Your point about a landline is valid, however as most people travel with with ipads or smart phones we provided internet access which usually assists in these situations. The apartment has lovely views, was kept very clean, was complete in terms of amenities (even washer/dryer and dish washer). The total space was small but sufficient for our family of 4. The apt. is three stories up and with small children you'll want to keep the large doors closed (there is a wire fence but not something you can trust your small one not to fall out of). Easy location to access from Cape Town and the Peninsula. Free internet.

Älteres stark gelebtes Mehrfamilienhaus. Preis/Leistung o.k. Einzelgarage gehört zum Mietpreis. Grosses bequemes Wohnzimmer, grosse Fenster. Panorama aussicht Grosse Badezimmer, W/T vorhanden. Abgeschlossene sichere anlage. Sehr schöner Gemeinschaftspool,allerdings seitlich neben dem Gebäude etwas versteckt. Nur 2 moderne Gartenstühle am Pool, dazu 2 alte defekte. Nachteile:Die diversen Türen sind verzogen und klemmten. (Grosse Schlafzimmertüre wurde auf unseren Wunsch hin gerichtet.)Funktionelle Küche mit viel zu wenig Koch Utensilien.(Bei einer Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmer müssten mindestens Tischset für 4 Personen und auch Morgenessens Geschirr für 4 Personen vorhanden sein. (3 mittlere Teller/3 Tischset)

It is imperative that we highlight that all our properties are well equipped for all the people in house. We take detailed stock of the cutlery and crockery and we are always on hand to bring in extra items should guests feel that what is in house is not enough. We are pleased to have been able to bring you all the extra items you wanted. As to the sticking doors - we are pleased to have fixed these for you and apologies for them sticking and making a noise. The Outdoor furniture at the pool is communal property and we will make sure to raise the older items with the relevant people. Great location within walking distance of Camps Bay beach and amenities, and a short drive to Clifton beaches. Great apartment with everything you could need for a comfortable stay, and with amazing views down to the beach and to the side to the 12 apostles. Always kept clean and the cleaning service providers were excellent and considerate in trying to come at times when we were out. We had an issue with the balcony door quite late on a Saturday night and Ozzie from Nox Rentals came straight round to deal with it. Nox Rentals were also completely happy to accommodate our late check out request, as we had a late flight, and they had no one checking in that day, which was a huge bonus. We absolutely loved Cape Town and the surrounding area, and have no hesitation in recommending Cape Town, the apartment and Nox Rentals.

We loved our stay at 270, as promised it had incredible views and a lovely secure complex. Super comfortable with great internet and kitchen set up. Also great heat for the cape town winter! Great location close to Camps Bay and CT center. Also, I wanted to especially praise the young man from NOX management - Auzzie - who met us at the site to check in and showed us the flat and helped us settle in. He was incredibly personable and warm and very very professional. The flat was perfect in every way and we will be back!!! The company who booked for us the flat and the management company who oversee the flat are great!!! Bravo!

windows were dirty which obscured the view. photo attached. the main bed needs to be replaced. it’s very uncomfortable. glass coffee table is a health hazard - everyone hit their shins on it sometime during our stay.

Nox bnb is beautifully place high up the hills in camps bay. the view is simply stunning as pictured. the bed and apartment was very comfortable with all amenities provided. I felt safe, check in was easy and the beautiful cafes were a short 15 minute walk away.

Great view. Helpful host met me for check-in and walked through the place when I arrived. They probably need to update some of the furniture, but otherwise this is a perfect no frills place to use as a base for exploring Camps Bay.

Fabulous views across camps bay from the living room and bedroom and the apartment is overall a very pleasant experience. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking and entertaining. There’s also a daily maids service which is very helpful.

Superb view, this accomodation is an absolute bargain. Room comfortable, also clean and felt safe thanks to the massive gate and fence arround the apartment. Shared pool with BBQ place also nice, unfortunately too windy during our stay so we did not use it.

Stunning view but price is a bit high. Easy to get to the beach. You can sit and watch some the most stunning sun sets while having a your sundowners.

I had a pleasant stay however as a local, I'm sure I could've gotten much better value for my buck. The TV is old and had very poor signal - this was only disclosed once I checked-in. The living room space is also quite small. The apartment has great views, but is more suited to those who intend to spend most of their time exploring the surrounding area.

The apartment was super clean and well kitted out. Towels, hair dryer, kitchen had everything you need from glasses, cutlery coffee machine even a dish washer. The sea view is totally amazing. Victor our host was spot on time to meet us there show us around and give us the keys. The restuarants and beach front is just a very short ride from the apartment. Great apartment to stay at.

We stayed here with friends (two couples), I like the beautiful view of the beach, the protected area with its own garages for cars. however, all the furniture, wardrobes, beds and plumbing in the bathrooms look very old, the mattress on the double bed is very tired. it would be great to update all of this. The staff met us perfectly, very friendly, showed us everything in the flat, but on the day of departure, none of the staff answered us and it was rather inconvenient to leave the keys on our own (since the gate automatically closes and we had to hold the door, come back to leave the keys)

We had a great stay. It was perfect for our family of four. The apartment is located in a great spot with easy access to many of the prime Cape Town tourist spots. The sunset view was fantastic.

The pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s a beautiful apartment in a secure complex and the views are awesome. We really enjoyed our stay there and our host Brae really made us feel at home! I highly recommend this place !

We spent four wonderful nights in this apartment. We were let in through the security gate by Brae, who then assisted us with our bags then showed us around the apartment. It had everything we could ask for plus incredible views. The location was minutes from central Camps Bay and close to everything we wanted to do. Daily maid service spoiled us. Great place!

This is not a family friendly apartment and is not suitable for anyone who is physically impaired as it is up two flights of stairs and there is no lift. The widows open very wide which is not good if you have small children - there are no locks on them. The fixtures and fittings are quite tired and in need of upgrading. The TV signal is poor at the best of times and the internet stopped working. Watch your legs on the unnecessary glass coffee table too! A beautiful location with a great view, ok for a night or 2 if you're only looking for a place to sleep. The housekeeper Caroline was lovely.

Clean, comfortable and great view. Excellent room service. Despite our flight was delayed and we landed in CT at 1am, Rudi, who managed the check in, waited for us and was very kind.

Wunderbare Lage, ganz nahe am Strand, sehr sicher. Appartement nicht so sauber wie erwartet, unglaublicher Gestank aus der Spülmaschiene, auch sonst alles eher in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise schon kaputt. Blick unglaublich schön, auch vom Schlafzimmer aus. Garage für den PKW.

The views of Camps Bay from the apartment are lovely, the place is spacious and clean. The building is safe quiet and secure and parking is also very secure. There are a few flights of stairs to climb to reach this apartment just an FYI. Overall we had a lovely night's stay here. Thanks!
