This is a lovely apartment in a perfect setting with a super interior layout. The bed was comfortable and there are stunning direct sea views from the living area and bedroom, and views of the golf course and stadium from the back of the apartment. There is also a convenient desk and office space.

Absolutely beautiful apartment, exactly as per the photos. Felt super secure, brilliant location & clean. One small thing is just reliant on fans not A/C which meant it was warm in 33 degrees

We spent over two weeks at this apartment, loved every single day and didn’t want to leave! The apartment was so stylish, had everything you need to feel right at home, is in a great location and had beyond beautiful views! Charity the housekeeper did a fantastic job keeping the place clean throughout our stay and we felt very safe with 24hr security as well as a locked garage for the car. Would stay again!

Our stay at Mouille Point was wonderful. The apartment was beautifully decorated with a tremendous view. Very comfortable bed. We had everything we needed for preparing a nice meal overlooking the water. We were also very close to the V and A Wharf with many great choices for restaurants, activities and shopping. Het appartement is zeer stijlvol ingericht met alle comfort. Het zicht op de oceaan is prachtig. Het is een heerlijk rustige plek op 15 tot 30 min rijden van alle bezienswaardigheden in Kaapstad.
Een extra plus was de garage waar we de auto konden parkeren.
De interactie met de beheerder Nox was perfect. Dagelijks kwam er ook iemand poetsen. Alles super top!

What a beautiful stay words are not enough
The pictures don’t do this place justice it’s a beautiful apartment , we arrived to a welcome pack and flowers (such a lovely touch) our host Peter was very helpful and responded quickly whenever we had questions . Our house keeper charity was also brilliant she kept the place clean it was hotel treatment ! The location of the flat is fantastic and central , easy access to VA

An absolutely beautiful airbnb with some of the most incredible views possible - the sunrises and sunsets looking out onto the ocean will take your breath away. A great place to stay. The location is excellent, the place is exactly as the photos depict - a truly beautifully appointed apartment. All the finishes and amenities are premium, and you can see that it was decorated by someone who cares. There was load-shedding every night that I stayed there but the apartment has adequate backup and apart from the lifts which obviously do not work, you don't even notice it. I'll be back!

This property was gorgeous--the photos absolutely do it justice. It's in a nice building overlooking the water, and it's walkable distance to both Sea Point and the V&A Waterfront. The apartment is too gorgeous to put to words. I have absolutely no words to describe it except that I never wanted to leave the apartment and carry on with my planned activities for my vacation. This place is nothing short of amazing, it looks better than the pictures and the view is absolutely breathtaking.
It has been tastefully refurbished and decorated. There has been a lot of details put into the finishing of this amazing space.
Faseeg is incredible. He received us with a smile and helped us in with our luggage. He truly is a gem and i would love to thank him for making this stay amazing.
