Stretching over three levels, the top level boast a lounge with fire place, fully equipped kitchen and the third bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

The second level has the en-suite main bedroom as well as the second bedroom with separate dressing room and dedicated bathroom. There is also sauna for you to enjoy as well.

The lower level has an entertainment lounge as well as study, leading onto a balcony with a pool below.

From the balconies, you can view the the suburbs below and the best part is, that's within walking distance to the famous Cape Town Stadium.

The views are amazing , the house very well appointed and all amenities present. We were three couples and the house did not work well for us as bedroom 2 and especially 3 were small, al either the side or back of the house so very hot as there was no air conditioning in either bedroom . The master bedroom is fab. There are also a lot of stairs do you need to be fit . The daily cleaner Richard was very attentive and helpful.

A great stay in a beautiful location up the hills. The place is exactly as described and equipped with all amenities. One note, the two smaller bedrooms got quite hot and stuffy - would recommend proper air conditioning for these as it was a little uncomfortable at night. Otherwise, amazing stay and Richard was so friendly and helpful throughout the week!

Very beautiful place in a great location in Cape Town. The sauna was not working sadly. The place uses a 3rd party for management, Annelisa was the main host and was very friendly and responsive. She did try to help fix the sauna. A gorgeous spot, clean rooms with a stunning view

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit wunderbarem Blick: auf 4 Etagen in den Hang gebaut. Sehr stylisch eingerichtet und alles vorhanden in der Küche. Draussen grosser Grill. Der Housekeeper Richard kam jeden Tag, alles picobello sauber. Sehr empfehlenswert, auch wegen der Lage: fussläufig nach Seapoint mit all den Restaurants und Cafés. Hinter dem Haus geht gleich der Trail zum Lionshead, unbedingt machen.

Belle View Villa may be the nicest Airbnb I’ve ever found. I’m a long time super host and a very busy traveler. I booked this villa for 2 people for my best friends 40th birthday. The villa is so breathtakingly beautiful upon arrival, he cried. A grown man cried, yes. The service was exceptional- richard came to clean and help with anything we needed daily. Uber came to the house to deliver meals, and rides were extremely affordable from this location. About $3 anywhere you go on average. The villa is on the highest road of the residential hill, so the view is literally as good as it gets. The sunsets are beautiful. The design is flawless. In my opinion, this listing should be on Airbnb Luxe. The butler service, 5 star service across the board, spotlessly clean home cannot be beat. Cape Town has stolen my heart, and this home did too. I wish every traveler that visits Belle Villa has the experience I had. We were safe, well taken care of, very comfortable, and we spoiled ourselves rotten. Thank you to the team of people who made this all possible.

The villa was absolutely gorgeous. Check in was very smooth, we found the host waiting for us at the door when we arrived. Well stocked villa with everything you would need for day to day living. The caretaker came in everyday to put things in order and ensure we had a good stay. All in all, the villa exceeded our expectations in all aspects. I would definitely stay there again without a second thought. Thank you very much to the team who ensure this property remains in the great state it is at.

1. There is currently no inverter. There are battery lights and a small battery for the Wifi. 2. The construction is due to be complete at the end of May 2023.

Is there parking at the property? and is there a photo of the roadside entrance to the property?

Yes, there is off-street parking in the driveway available for 2 cars. We don't have an image of the entrance but you can view the satellite image of the entrance on our website.
