Reviews
Only the view is worth and apartment is being made and designed to be looking good for picture, but quality, convenience and amenities are not. Price value ratio is not good. There is no extractor for cooking, so the whole house will smell of food. Bathroom quality is low, with some showers having very low water flow Main bathroom showers are flooding the entire bathroom floor even spilling into bedroom is not careful (no door and shower close to entrance and WC. 2 of the bedrooms are accessed from the terrace with stairs only (mentioned on listing), so this makes their use limited and not usable for smaller kids at all.
